This form tells you everything you need to know before you place an order. It is prepared under Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts).

2. What you are buying

ilyverse designs and publishes a private, password-protected website made only for the person you love (a “world”), based on the dream you describe. Its contents (games, letters, memories, photos, voices, look and feel) are shaped from what you tell us and the files you send. There is no physical product or shipping; your world is delivered online as a link and a password.

Extras: 48-hour express delivery (Our World and Forever World only) +499 TL / +$15; your own .com address, or one extra year of it, +499 TL / +$15. The binding price is always the one shown on the order page and in your order summary; all prices include taxes.

4. Ordering, approval and payment

  1. You describe your dream in the order form and send it after signing in. No payment is taken at this stage.
  2. Within 24 hours we reply with ideas, a first plan, and anything that can't be built.
  3. If you approve the plan, we send you a payment link. Payment is processed by a secure payment provider; ilyverse never sees or stores your card details.
  4. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed, and building begins.

5. Delivery

Your world is prepared within the times above, counted from payment confirmation and from receiving all the files needed (photos, voices and so on). Files sent late extend the time by the same amount. It is delivered to your account and email as a link and a password. If your world must be ready by a specific date, that date is confirmed in writing at the approval stage.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs, or to services that begin, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period ends. Because every ilyverse world is made entirely for you and work begins immediately with your explicit consent at payment, there is no right of withdrawal.

Even so, ilyverse voluntarily gives a full refund in these cases (see our Refunds & Cancellations policy):

  • if, after payment, part of your dream turns out to be impossible and you don't accept the alternative we offer;
  • if you cancel before we tell you that work on your world has started;
  • if, for reasons on our side, your world isn't delivered by the confirmed date.

7. Complaints

Write to us at info@ilyverse.com. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits announced each year. If you live outside Türkiye, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence also apply.

For buyers in Türkiye, the Turkish version of this text prevails.
