Terms of Service

The rules for using ilyverse. We've kept them simple; sales details are in the Distance Sales Agreement and data details in the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

ilyverse designs and publishes private, password-protected websites (“worlds”) for someone you love, based on the dream you describe. By using the site, you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You need to sign in with Google or an email link to order and to write reviews. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what is done with it. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

3. What you send us

  • Your photos, videos, voices and texts remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to build your world and keep it online.
  • You confirm you have the right to use them and that the people in them know and agree.
  • You may not send unlawful, hateful, harassing or threatening content, content that infringes others' rights, or any inappropriate content involving children. We will refuse such content and may end the order with a refund.
  • A world may not be ordered to frighten, harass or be used against the person who receives it.

4. Design and code

The design, code, game mechanics and the ilyverse brand belong to ilyverse. You are free to use and share your world personally and keep its downloadable copy; you may not reproduce the design or code commercially.

5. Reviews

Only customers whose world has been delivered can write a review. We read every review before publishing it. Critical reviews are published just like positive ones. The only reviews we don't publish are those that contain insults, someone's personal information or off-topic content. We never pay or reward anyone for reviews.

6. Availability

We work to keep every world online, but short interruptions for maintenance or caused by our infrastructure providers can happen. If the service ever ends, we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide your world's downloadable copy again.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ilyverse's total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Your mandatory rights under consumer law are not affected.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will announce important changes on the site and, where needed, by email. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed. Questions: info@ilyverse.com.
